For design firms, architects and builders who need the building photographed, not the property documented.

Two treatments come out of the same visit, because they sell to different people. A design firm needs mood, surface and material, where the light can be constructed. An architecture firm needs form, site, and how the building meets the ground, where the light has to be plausible and timing is the only tool worth using. Interiors sit inside this lane for the same reason.
