I, Nick Waite (Waite RE Media LLC), own the copyright in all photos, video, aerials and tours I create.
Your license starts when the job is paid in full.
The license is yours. It is non-exclusive and cannot be sold, transferred or passed along. Anyone else who wants to use the images can license them from me directly.
Please do not edit the images in a way that misrepresents the property.
I may show the work in my portfolio, on my site and on social. If you need images held until a listing or launch is public, ask and I will.
You receive the finished, edited set. Raw files and unselected frames are not part of the delivery.

Licensed to the agent who ordered and their brokerage, to market that listing anywhere: MLS, listing sites, social, print, email and ads. That includes granting the MLS the rights its rules require for listing content.
The listing license runs until the property sells or comes off the market. After that, the agent can keep using the images for their own promotion.
Sellers, buyers, builders, stagers, designers and other agents are not covered. If another agent relists the property, they can license the existing photos for half the original photo package price.

Licensed to the owner or host who booked, and a property manager acting for them, to market that property as a rental on any platform, their own site, social, print and ads.
The license runs for as long as you own or manage the property. It does not pass to a new owner.
Selling the property with the images, or use by a designer, builder or brand, is a separate license.

Licensed to the firm or business that commissioned the work, for the uses written into the proposal.
Owners, contractors, consultants and manufacturers on the same project can license the images directly, and it costs less when it is arranged before the shoot.
