The videos are about you, not a single house. At most half of any month is listing content. The listing's own photos and film are booked separately, at the partnership discount.

Rehearsal first, then all four videos in one session. Bring a few outfits.

Who is it for?
Agents who are actively listing and want to be the name people think of first. If you want one video for one listing, agent on camera as an add-on is the better fit.
I'm not comfortable on camera.
Most agents aren't at first. The scripts are short and written the way you talk, the first 45 minutes of the shoot day are rehearsal, and the edit keeps the takes that land.
Do I own the videos?
You get a full marketing license. Post them anywhere, run them as ads, put them on your site.
What if I have a listing that month?
One of the four can feature it, with you on camera. The listing's photos, drone and film are booked separately at 10% off.
